Facilities @ Prince George's Park (PGPR)

Residential Facilities

The 30 high-rise blocks in PGP Residences are grouped into 6 Residences, with each Residence ranging from 4-6 blocks. Each Residence shares common facilities like a Laundrette, a TV room, a Music Room, and an air-conditioned Resident Lounge.

Laundrette

A common laundrette with washers and dryers is available in every Residence. Residents may wash and dry their laundry at a cost of SGD 1 per wash or dry, depending on the load. The machines are coin-operated.

TV Room

An air-conditioned TV room operating from 7am to 11pm is also available in every Residence.

Music Room

A common music room equipped with an electronic organ is also available in every Residence. Prior booking with Organizer is necessary and is strictly reserved for the purpose of playing musical instruments only.

Resident Lounge

Residents may relax at a common air-conditioned Resident Lounge available in every Residence. Daily local newspapers and a selection of magazines are made available at the Lounge too.

Retail & Dining Facilities

There are 4 eateries within PGPR. A mini supermarket and vending machines are also available around the residences.

Foodcourt

Located at the centre of Prince George's Park Residences, Foodgle Hub brings to you a hub where you can eat, shop and play. The first level, consisting of more than ten food stalls, offers an eclectic mixture of delicious Asian and Western cuisines, snacks, desserts and beverages. The lively second level, entirely run by our own students, provides a home theater, game zone, cafe and many shops for your entertainment.

Canteen

The canteen boasts of 13 food stalls serving a wide variety of cuisine at affordable prices.

Courtyard Café

K. Gourmet Cafe offers a wide array of appetizers, salads, spaghetti and other specialty dishes.

Fast Food Restaurant

SuperSnacks specialises in light snacks like finger food, sandwiches, and the popular ice cream waffles from WaffleShop. SuperSnacks also serves continental breakfast items like sausage muffins, cereals, juices, as well as supper items like roti prata and pasta. SuperSnacks also feature entertainment facilities such as a pool table, a platform stage, plasma TV display as well as an audio-visual presentation system.

Sports Facilities

In line with promoting a healthy and holistic lifestyle, a varied range of sports and recreational facilities are available for guests' booking.

Indoor Facilities

The Multi-Purpose Hall may be converted into 3 badminton courts.
Our air-conditioned state-of-the-art indoor gymnasium houses 23 different gym equipments that are maintained frequently and serviced quarterly.
All sports facilities have shower and toilet facilities in the immediate vicinity.

Outdoor Facilities

Outdoor Facilities include:

3 basketball courts located at the basement;
1 tennis court located next to the basketball court;
1 practice court;
1 complete outdoor exercise station;
1 scenic jogging track; and
1 children's playground
